Return Policy
The Bundle Truck does not accept returns or exchanges on unbundled hair or hair that has been tampered with, washed, or unraveled from its original curl or wave pattern. There are no refunds on products that have been opened or tampered with.
The Bundle Truck will use industry expertise to determine if a refund will be issued. If a refund is granted it shall be paid within the same manner as payment made i.e. via Paypal.
The Bundle Truck will accept returns within 7 days and return shipping cost shall be paid by the purchaser unless there is a product shipping error. All returns will be made minus the shipping cost and will be made within 72 hours of receipt of returned product.
All returned orders must be shipped with tracking information that can be provided upon request.
